Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

Wood destroying insects are more than a nuisance in New Jersey. They can result in serious damage to a home and its value. Wood destroying insects of concern in our area include:
  • Termites
  • Carpenter Ants
  • Carpenter Bees
  • Powder Post Beetles
A Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection is typically performed at the time of home inspection. Most mortgage lenders require HUD form NPMA-33 to be completed by a certified WDI inspector.

Brick House Home Inspection is an NJDEP Certified WDI Inspector and authorized to complete this form.
